Paul Hene, retired from Schlumberger and Independent Consultant out of Tyler, Texas, has given a great review of the nuts and bolts of log analysis. All the parameters that bring forward the best interpretation of SP, gamma, neutron, sonic and density. For you and your clients, Paul delivered a thorough and insightful understanding of Rw, Sw, and lithology for your porosity and hydrocarbon reservoir determinations. FWGS and Ft. More about Paul Hene: Paul obtained his Bachelor of Science in Physics from Auburn University in 1978 and entered the oil and gas industry immediately after graduation. Paul began his career at Schlumberger as a field engineer, progressing to general field engineer where he was charged with insuring the quality of petrophysical data provided to the clients. Paul transitioned into a sales engineer position for Schlumberger where he continued to evaluate and interpret log data for operators in East Texas and along the Gulf Coast, as well as providing schools for Schlumberger’s sales team and customers. Paul remained with Schlumberger as an operations district manager in Southern Arkansas, then as a log analyst and sales engineer based in Tyler, Texas thru May of 2015.
